Yesterday was a proud day. The day that Matt and I got to feast on the fruits of our labor. We harvested our first tomatoes! We ate something that we actually grew ourselves! What a treat!

And here it is! Such bounty!
We wondered what we should do with them... Salsa? Marinara? Perhaps can half of them so that we will have tomatoes during the hard winter months?? Oh, the possibilities! But, in the end we divvied them up and ate them whole, right then and there. Delicious! I haven't enjoyed a tomato that much in
ages.
Delish. You are quite the balcony botanist. Is tonight's menu pasta or fajitas, cause some of them little 'maters would be perfect.
