I made homemade granola bars last night. I used a recipe given to me by my friend Becca. I've made them before, but each time I vary the ingredients, so they always turn out different. I think they might be the best yet. I kept them simple- just oats, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, peanuts and a few chocolate chips. Next time I think I'll add some flax seed to make them even more nutritious and delicious.
